Junior Gym General Information The purpose of the Fitness n Motion Children’s Gym is to inspire positive change on the youth of today by coaching awareness and the benefits of staying active,
eating well and having goals, whilst supporting and mentoring family members to
assist the change and providing a fun and welcoming environment where children
feel safe and secure.
Junior Gym caters for children aged 6 – 14 years and is fully supervised. Junior Gym is open during Junior Gym allocated times only.
Please bring a towel, water bottles and a smile.
What is Junior Gym?
The Junior Gym program runs for 4 week blocks throughout the year. It is designed to give participants a complete exercise workout and consists of separate resistance and cardiovascular components within every session.
Throughout each phase of the program, elements of goal setting, team building and nutritional guidance are subtly incorporated so your child learns as they exercise.
