Activity is a normal part of growing up and plays a major part in helping your childs body grow with
good posture, strong bones and a strong healthy heart.

Exercise is just one specific type of activity, however, over recent decades it has become an
extremely important type when today’s growing children and teenagers have not had a sufficiently
active lifestyle.
