Personal Training is the fastest way to achieve your exercise goals and our team of dedicated personal trainers are passionate about getting results for you. Whether you want to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular fitness, build muscle size, improve your sporting performance or just want to increase your quality of life, we have a passionate belief in the benefits of personal training.

Personal Training or "PT" as it is referred to, is one on one, individualised programming and training that caters for your very own personal health and fitness goals. Our role as your Trainer is to constantly vary your exercise regime and motivate you to reach your goals faster than you would normally on your own. Our team of trainers will give personal attention to your goal setting, nutrition, strength / cardio training, and lifestyle habits to ensure your success.

With our help, you will exceed even your own expectations of what you thought you could achieve.

At Fitness n Motion we are proud of our team of loyal and diverse trainers and have had great success with personal training within our centre. If you want to reach your health and fitness goals faster, then personal training is for you. Who doesn’t want that?

Josh Josh

Wether it is for himself or others, Josh lives to train. If Josh isn't at the centre training members, teaching classes, running Bootcamp or Junior Gym, you will find him outside swimming, riding and running hundreds of kilometres in pursuit of triathlon greatness. Josh's infectious enthusiasm for fitness reflects on the way he trains his clients and his honest, scientific approach will ensure that you will get to the finish line faster. No matter what your Goals are.
