Personal Training is the fastest way to achieve your exercise goals and our team of dedicated personal trainers are passionate about getting results for you.

Whether you want to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular fitness, build muscle size, improve your sporting performance or just want to increase your quality of life, we have a passionate belief in the benefits of personal training.

Personal Training or "PT" as it is referred to, is generally one on one training but can be up to one Trainer working with three clients. PT utilises individualised programming and training that caters for your very own personal health and fitness goals.

Our role as your Trainer is to constantly vary your exercise regime and motivate you to reach your goals faster than you would normally on your own. Our team of trainers will give personal attention to your goal setting, nutrition, strength / cardio training, and lifestyle habits to ensure your success.

With our help, you will exceed even your own expectations of what you thought you could achieve.

At Fitness n Motion we are proud of our team of loyal and diverse trainers and have had great success with personal training within our centre.

If you lack motivation, want someone to make you work without having to think too much about it or just want to reach your health and fitness goals faster, then personal training is for you.

 

If you are a member of Fitness n Motion and would like to experience a personal training session, just send your contact details via email to clientcare@fnm.com.au. We will then organise a complimentary session with one of our expert trainers for you.

If you are not yet a member of Fitness n Motion health Centre, just send us a quick e-mail and we will organise for you to have a look through our centre and can even arrange a FREE 14 day trial pass. Some conditions do apply but what have you got to lose?.
